Robert completed his undergraduate work in San Diego, later receiving his MBA from Pepperdine University with an emphasis in Finance. While still in College, Robert began laying the groundwork for a career path in Commercial real estate working with the Kyro Corporation and later starting his own firm, R3 Investments. This early start in the business helped lead him to what has developed today into a highly successful, long term career in the Commercial & Industrial real estate industry now spanning over fifteen (15) years.

Robert continues to service the needs of numerous long-term clients in all areas of real estate including leases, acquisitions, sales, investment, development, property management and overall strategic guidance.

Robert is the current President and also a Principal with The Heger Company. He specializes primarily in Landlord representation, Investment Real Estate as well as those properties applicable to the transportation related industry. As an Executive Board Member with the Los Angeles Transportation Club and a general member with the California Trucking Association (CTA) and Harbor Transportation Club (HTC), his extensive experience in this industry speaks for itself and is further supported by his diverse client base.

Robert holds three (3) of the most respected designations within the Commercial Real Estate Industry - CCIM, Certified Commercial Investment Member, SIOR, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and CPM, Certified Property Manager. This is a distinction that less than one (1%) percent of all national commercial real estate practitioners hold.

Robert maintains offices both in the City of Long Beach and Los Angeles to service the needs of his diverse client base throughout Southern California.
