Robert began building an early foundation for a career path in Commercial real estate working with the Kyro Corporation and later, R3 Investment Group in the early 1990’s. This initial start in the industry has helped him develop what today is a highly successful and respected career in the Commercial & Industrial real estate industry now spanning over seventeen (17) years.

Today, Robert is the current President and also a Principal with The Heger Company. He specializes primarily in Landlord representation for industrial property types including sales, leasing, investment and property management.

Robert holds three (3) of the most respected designations within the Commercial Real Estate Industry - CCIM, Certified Commercial Investment Member, SIOR, Society of Industrial and Office Realtors and CPM, Certified Property Manager. This is a distinction that less than one percent (1%) percent of all national commercial real estate practitioners hold.

Through The Heger Company, Robert maintains offices both in the City of Long Beach and Los Angeles to service the needs of his diverse client base throughout Southern California.
